I have talked to my PT about an article I read in Mountain Bike Action Mag. IT talked about a chic who pedaled with one leg on a stationary and the workout benefited both legs. This was confirmed and will be my part of my new regiment in PT today!!! Thank God for stationary bikes :biggrin:
Somehow the nerves and balance used for one leg transfers strength to the other. Anyone want to comment on this?
