Also wondering conditions. How's golden area looking? Lyons sounds a little muddy still with pic rock and Nelson loop closed. What about buffalo creek area?
Maybe I should just ski. But fuck I wanna ride

We rode White Ranch from bottom this afternoon. NE spots have some snow, back part of Rawhide is little sloppy, otherwise awesome.
The mtbr folks think that buff creek will be good to go on Sunday. Guaranteed shit show up there this weekend.
Bump. Anyone think buffalo creek is a go? At least if this storm leaves it alone??? Thinking Tuesday...
I can't imagine this storm is going to miss BC... Wishful thinking this time of year, methinks.
Recent warm weather got hopes up. Looks like winter is going to come back again.
It's not front range, but Buena Vista was all-time yesterday. That place has some fun little tech trails!
How are the Front Range trails? Is Centennial Cone dry?
I live a couple miles above the top of Centennial Cone, and while I haven't been on the trails, I can tell you that it's very dry on everything but north facing slopes up here. I'd imagine that the switchbacks might have some snow/mud/ice still.
I rode Buff Creek yesterday, 543, up Morrison down Shinglemill, then up Baldy down Charlies Homestead Sandywash and aside from a couple patches of ice on the road, it was great aside from the monster group riding up sandywash for some reason.
Road Mt. Falcon yesterday, almost puked. Great shape, 95% dry.
The exciting trail system that is Marshall Mesa is 100% dry.
Lair o' da Bear also dry and fun. Pretty quiet so high speeds are possible.
wet. very wet.
There will be a few dry enough to ride by later this week.... Betasso, Walker, Buffalo Creek. Other than that, I'm not so sure.
Bump.
Heard it will be 80 in Denver....
This spring rocks for mountain biking.
If anyone ever wants to meet up during the week, let me know. I typically ride stuff anywhere from Golden up to Ft. Collins, and occasionally Buff Creek.
Rode Marshall Mesa/Springbrook Loop yesterday. Perfect conditions. Also pretty damn crowded for 3pm on a Wednesday.
And fuck, I'm out of shape for biking.
Chimney, good. Enchanted, one stretch of mud near the spring, totally rideable, bro.
We will be riding Mtn Lion soon if unwinter keeps up.
And snakes, mother fucking snakes
Wow, Enchanted is pretty much gtg?
