Tyrolia Peak/Mojo 18 these are on two of my skis great bindings and can be found for a cheaper price then pivots.

I like sth drivers and 747s well enough to not bother remounting. But the turntables really do stay on more reliably for me. I'm not willing to go much past III+ though.
