Sold! Actually, I haven't had the apple variety in 15-20 years. Nobody likes to make it anymore since it involves a lot of cutting. Obviously, I've never made it either. So you can be my guinea pig. When are you coming up here next?Quote:

Someday Arty and I should face off in a Tahoe Maggot Iron Chef challenge.
My cooking steeze tonight:
Fresh Sea Bass marinated in olive oil, lime juice, all spice, nutmeg, salt and pepper and grilled with baby broccli and baby sweet peppers.
Served on two grilled tortillas and topped with tomatos, cilantro, and spicy rasberry chipotle sauce.
PS, Did anybody just see the whole show on sandwiches on PBS. Damm that made me hungry again.
Holy shit! That look guuuuud.
dang, no loveQuote:

I didn't watch the show, but cracked up when I was scanning around and saw the title:Quote:

Speaking of sammys, when I was in college, I would bake two medium sized frozen pizzas and then stick them together when done. Pizza sammy. Along with a couple of beers, it made for a very satisfying meal.
Jebus. What happened to just tossing a bunch of Ragu, low grade mozzerella, and something that passes for pepperoni on an english muffin? She must live in California. They have all this fancy food out there. :DQuote:

Hmmm, I never really thought too much about making it before we ate. Usually I saved that for afterwards.Quote:
