Not that she's a rocker, nor do I particularly like her music, but I've always had a thing for Lisa Loeb.
Is that weird??

I'll go with Dolores O'Riordan of the Cranberries.
Johnette is first runner up, then Chrissy Hynde.
Them's my favorites - for today at least.
Victoria Bergsman
Favorite is all relative I guess.
Abby Gennet. Slunt.
Tarja - Nightwish

^^^She's got my vote. Great live band
How about this Otep chick? Licking Mayhem's pighead doesn't do it for me though.

To me rock is rock -- thats why they call it rock (well that sounds stupid but there's lot's of variations). My fave lately is the lead of the Distillers.
Distillers no more- Brody Dalle now Spinnerette!Quote:

Annie Haslam has one of the most bewitching voices of Rock
Karen O of the yeah yeah yeahs for sure
Another old-time fav; albeit, more folky than rock: Marianne Fathfull.
Certainly, worth a mention.
Didn't Mick hit that?
Yes he did. The song "You Can't Always Get What You Want" was a song about their love affair and her heroin addiction.
Siouxsie Sioux
Kate Bush
Nancy Wilson (way hotter than Ann, AND played guitar)
Wendy O'Williams
Lita Ford
Debby Harry
Chrissy Hynde
Stevie Nicks
Joan Jett
Tina Weymouth
...all these women (and many others I cannot remember at the moment) all were part of my R&R Fantasy in the late 70s and 80s.
Allison Mossheart is my current muse. That lady has an awesome rock voice.

I met them both when I was in college-Ann was way hotter than Nancy then-Nancy's what you'd call good from afar, but far from good....Quote:

What about that Evanescence singer? I kinda like her stuff. She doesn't suck to look at or listen to.
I love the Talking Heads, but Tina Weymouth? Really?
