Because I was hesitant to trust her because of her late join date and low post count, she was willing to send me a money order and wait for it to clear before I shipped the boots to her. Bird Blaster's skis just got here. Props to him for being prompt and communicative.

Bought some FT12s from Otto Parts. I sent my paypal within 30 seconds, he responded that he wouldn't be able to ship them for several days (good communication). Then to my surprise, the bindings arrived on the supposed shipping date, so the total transaction was maybe 4-5 days. Also, the bindings were truly NIB as described, with screws in the original sealed bag. Some people have a different idea of what "new" is, so this was a relief. Thanks Otto!
