Didn’t make it across the border into Ontario, but Mrs P went over with friends and somehow their VW bus was waived right though.
Fantastic show indeed! Had 2 friends who went but I passed since there was a chance I "might" have had issues at the border. Final of 7 Believe It or Not's played (a late fav tune of mine) and 1st since Oct. of 88. Always wondered why that tune got shelved.
I went to both those copps shows and the Albany run after. Spring break, sr year of hs. Those were the days. That scarlet is a whirling take off into blissville
I think I know what I’m putting on at 4am tomorrow

29 yrs ago today but I’ve burned more than a few moments from the Knick show in my memory. Love the slipknot, the loser is top 5 all time, the pre drums 2nd set is sublime, nfa and we bid you full of joy. Great hallway scene, wonderful sound. X factor GD, goosebumps
Bobby last night in New Orleans. The second set opener kicks ass. https://liveforlivemusic.com/news/bo...CLgFVdcBIZ-XKY
I wouldn't mind being in the Bay Area to see these shows https://jambands.com/news/2019/03/27...eid=b7b59e125e

Sure Barton Hall gets all the press but don't forget what happened the next night when the boys shuffled up to Buffalo

Very good show in a year that didn't often deliver much spark from Jerry. Smokin first set!

I went to every show on that spring ‘86 tour, ate LSD at everyone!
Spring of ‘86 is underrated
Nicely done, I only caught the 3 Philly (front row between Bob and Jerry all 3) and 1st Hartford shows. Setlists definitely had some great surprises on that tour (Visions, handjive, revolutionary, BOX among others) but in general the consistency isn't there for full shows with Jerry often struggling to keep up musically and or vocally. Many other overlooked shows ( 2/8, 5/3,12/15 and 12/30 post coma are damn good) for sure but not in my top 10 fwiw.
Spring ‘77 is tight, but I actually prefer the more ragged, looser feel and sound of Spring ‘78. Donna finally figured out how to modulate her voice and she fits in beautifully in ‘78. And Peggy-O, oh man Peggy-O never sounded better than it did in the Spring of ‘78.

I don't remember seeing that pic either. Some very interesting detail in the interview, love that he is working on writing with Prine.
Band was on fire this night in the spring of ‘86
