OK - more predictions:
Skyler attempts suicide but is sadly unsucessful.
Jesse gets away clean as a whistle.
Walt ends up dead. Weather it's cancer or Mike is unclear. One thing's for sure - an M60 isn't gonna do shit against Mike.
Hank never does find out that his brother-in-law was Hiesenburg.
So Gus was the head of some white collar syndicate? I'm kinda lost - was the list of 11 all factory/lab peeps?
I think Walt will walk. With a trail of destruction behind him. Possibly even his family.
I really hope walt jr. overdoses on his meth.
^^^^^ Remember last season when he used the left-over balloons from his granddaughter's party to short out the electricity before he iced all those cartell guys?
Walt just keeps looking more and more like a complete asshole. It used to be he did what he did for his family, but now Skyler's catatonically depressed and he just tells her she'll get used to it?
Sure Jesse shot Gale in the face, but he kinda had no other options and he's obviously severely haunted by it.
Mike? Well, killing chumps is part of his job and I don't remember him killing anybody who didn't have it coming. Plus it's obvious he lives for his granddaughter. Dan's right - Mike wants to just get back to where he was, then it's going to be time to take out the trash.
Kids pushing a nice whip.
man, the last episode was depressing. and stupid. could walt off skyler? walt still has that ricin cigarette. skyler is smoking like a chimney...
i think BB is going the same way as scarface. rise to the top with a crash back to earth losing it all. VG has already done a lot of homage to scarface in past episodes. seems likely.
I don't see him killing Skyler unless she threatened to go to the cops or otherwise became a serious liability. He needs her to launder the drug money, but more importantly Walt feels he has done all this for his family. He wants to be loved and admired for that effort not hated for it.
Definitely more character development than plot development this week with the exception of the DEA closing in on Madrigal. Sticking with Madrigal for the methylamine connection is probably not a wise move. I'm surprised Mike folded to Walt on killing Lydia, but he needs the cash to keep flowing for hush money. I'm looking forward to seeing how Hank's new job effects the progress of the investigation.
I'm still wondering what that comment about Victor at the end of the previous episode was all about.
How much you wanna bet that in the next year we hear about a meth lab getting busted in a tented house?
he could just let it go and let saul launder the money for the higher fee until he figures out something else.
she was pretty close to turning on him in the last episode. she could hide some money herself, cut a deal with the feds, and turn state's witness. she's better off waiting it out for the cancer return, like she said. but if she continues to be irrational, walt may rationalize her away in a sense of self preservation.
naw, i think everyone will be looking at extermination tents pretty closely now. maybe they got the idea from a real life example?
True, but he already thinks he's not making enough money. Giving Saul an even bigger can't be too appetizing right now.
Google turned up nothing but it's certainly possible someone has done this before. I still wouldn't put it past someone to try after seeing the show (or some kind of variant), especially in areas with lots of vacant houses.
Saul gets a moment of guilty conscience, tells Jesse about the poison and Walt´s part of it all, Jesse kills Walt, and right after, Mike kills Skyler (loose end) and Jr.(no reason) YES!!!! Saul, Jesse and Mike remain standing, as Walt´s megalomania and narcissism is the one thing endangering the whole operation, Jesse can cook by himself, Saul can find some other way than Skyler to launder money, Mike does all the business anyway. Everyone will make more money, everyone is happy.
We can dream, but I don't see it happening. Saul has a strong self-preservation streak and odds are high that Jesse would kill him too. After all, he was the one who actually poisoned the kid.
I could see that new Charger being Jr's demise....
I definitely feel like Jesse is going to come out on top. As Walt has become a worse person, Jesse has moved in the opposite direction... leaving aside the moral question of cooking meth of course.
skyler might off herself the way its looking.
Jr will die in a fiery crash
walt will die of cancer or by jesse's hand
mike will be offed by walt
jesse comes out with some jail time
hank will put the pieces together after most of the above has taken place, but will be on the trail enough to add drama
saul continues with business as usual and is happy to see the white trash calamity in his rearview mirror
.............or not
I knew that new guy (the water guy) was either going to end up getting shot at the end or doing something completely cold-blooded.
That's when I started thinking he wasn't going to get killed. Way too obvious.
The last few seconds negated the whole episode: they went through all that hassle so they wouldn't have to kill two innocent guys, then a random kid ends up getting shot in the head. I've heard people criticize BB bacause they claim that it glorifies crime to a certain degree, but I think this season (or two seasons) a lot of bills will come due. That had to really nail Jesse right in the mind. Gail, Brock, the kid that got iced by the rivals - I don't see him putting up with the senseless murder of innocent kids very much longer.
"I'm robbing a train", classic line.
I thought Mike was going to cap somebody to slow the train down - that was pretty harsh ending. I was wondering when the spider would pop up.
