I have same boot same binding .
No problems. It looks like dildo angle is a little steep

interesting^^ what stops it at exactly the right angle ?
Where you are in the adjustment range would slightly affect the dildo angle relative to the boot. (Ie. the longer the adjustment arms are, the more horizontal they will get).
SirVic, being near the end of the adjustment range, would have the slackest possible angle and greatest clearance with the boot.
If ticketchecker is near the beginning of the adjustment range that could explain the discrepancy.
Or SirVic’s forward pressure is too high.
My boot is a hobbit shell, 285bsl. Does that account for difference between me and Vic?

I have read a number of threads on adjusting that binding that all bordered on whichcraft and it was hard to imagine without a binding to play with and not being a user
but the idea there is only 1 correct angle makes more sense,
thanx
I disagree, go take 3 turns out of your forward pressure and see what happens to your dildoe angle?
Picture one with proper forward pressure:

Picture 2 with 3 turns taken out of forward pressure (yellow tape showing previous mark)

Compare the two dildoe angles?
Sure with insufficient forward pressure you have tons of play to...play with.
Look how far your boot has lifted off the binding base (most visible under the “mm” stamped on the boot). Look at how far the heelpiece has lifted off the ski (indicated by the distance between the ski and the the black bar under the heel cup). That can absolutely mess with the angle of the dildo relative to the boot.
So I guess technically you aren’t wrong.
But you can not randomly change the dildo angle because you want/need to, which is what you seemed to advise.
IF forward pressure was too low your advice could solve the issue. If forward pressure was already set correctly your advice, although seemingly solving the issue, would put the binding out of proper adjustment.
Perhaps your advice should be “confirm your forward pressure is correct” rather than blindly suggesting to mess with the adjustment arms.
Still doesn’t change the fact there is only one correct dildo angle for any given setup with properly adjusted forward pressure.
SKI OFF!

You have a good eye for detail in an off camber photo of half a binding (seriously) and your advise will hopefully resolve the issue.Quote:

See some page ten pages of dick waving about having to reset the FP indicator by moving the heel 90 degrees on the turn table and turning it back. He was doing the dildo show to see whose could stand up more. Pretty neat stuff. Hopefully we go back to mounting skis... preferably with a lot less dildo talk.
BTW. Pivots suck. Shifts suck more. That’s all.
