Yeah, apparently GR was pretty stoked to be 'picked' to get their hops. They were a limited release? Idkhttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...046170b886.jpg

Meh. Decently bitey on the front end and water on backside.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...4bb5ced374.jpg
Which stone face is that?

Gold spray paint. Not sure how many releases...only one or two. Their Pink Duct Tape is good.
Breakside Coming Out Party. Advertised as NE Hazy. Breakside can brew IPAs for sure.
Initial impression is that it's really good. Midway through the bottle gets a little less excellent. Then again, judging all NE IPAs against Treehouse is probably not fair...

As of today, gone are the days of 3.2 beer in Colorado (and all the easy karma points that I garnered telling tourists to go to the liquor store when I saw them in line with some "beer").
I'm really curious to see what the selections in the convenience and grocery stores will be.
Should be interesting to see how it all shakes out. I doubt you'll be finding much of the beer in this thread anywhere near a grocery store's shelves. Maybe 4 Noses, Melvin, and some of the bigger guys. Make sure to check dates on everything though. Distributors will now bear the burden of stocking and rotating inventory. I think you'll still find the good stuff at you local liquor store, if they stay in business that is.
I can always find the good stuff at the liquor store, just curious if any will trickle to the bigger, or more prolific outfits.
Just went to the local convenience store and nothing was on the shelves. I asked why and they said that there is a bunch in the cooler, but they hadn't gotten around to entering all the new upcs in their system.
Eric's Ex-Wife was pretty good. Solid balance of hops from Odd13 out of Lafayette CO.Attachment 262683Attachment 262684
Anchorage triple ipa was really good and didn't taste like it had much alcohol at allAttachment 262811

Melvin 2x4 Imperial IPA is the last beer I thought I’d be drinking when I bellied up to my local bar in Montpelier.
Always love sipping this in Jackson.

Feeling the haze.
So good
WTF, I live about an hour away from that brewery and I have not even seen that IPA at any of the markets or liquor store joints in my hood yet!
:)
Not that any of you care, but I've been fighting the kid's ski school skrunk (i.e. the never-ending/season long ski instructor sinus infection), so I've been off the IPA sauce for a few weeks. Will post some joints soon, though, as I've got a fridge full of some tasty West Coast stuff...
Knee deep is the name of my friends cattle company,
