Oh, man... I don't think that's going to help ra13. :D

Yeah, it’s nunmuhbidness. Carry on, Snow Dogs!
Haha! I'm not interfering or being overly protective in any damn way here! I'm a supportive and understanding Dad but I don't want to know about details regarding this matter. there sure as shit ain't no Catholic or any other religious shaming going on from my parenting either. No way Jose. She's still my baby so I prefer to keep my head in the sand as much as possible. I'm also very nice to the boy, I figured doing anything else would probably not be best.
Anyways....powder skiing tram laps bro brah bro brah blah blah blah brah so stoked. Does that cover Jackson thread requirements? Have fun erybody! Go jump off of something already!
I agree, let’s stick to ‘sickpow, damn the fat biking is good this year!’
First full day skiing in the Village in a couple weeks. Zooming around was a nice change ( gave DJ a little fly-by on R trail ) then T-3's with a ripper buddy till my head was full. Made a point of looking at the slide off the catrack in the closed area. Pretty lethal combo of things...lucky guy who triggered it.
Same here. Never paid much attention to that area, it’s steeper than I would have thought. File it in the “areas I wouldn’t want to go for a ride in”

This mountain has small, legit steep shots from the top to the bottom. Used to be a 15' rock you could huck off of where the big halfpipe is now.
Jackson face and Beavertooth and lower Ashley are becoming the last dead zones.
Good snow today. Viz was 100% or 8% depending. Dense clouds in the drainages.
I saw you WD.
I’ve been out at the village the last three days for a bit . First real days riding the lifts for me this year. I was impressed how well the hill is skiing.
Could be due to me paying a visit to Mr. sheets in early Dec and picking up my first set of alpine boots in 16 years. Holy shit. World of difference from racing around in touring boots. The downfall is having less traction for walking, (yeah that’s not skiing). I did a full on jong yard sale on Sunday morning in front of the ranch shuttle. Someone definitely got a pic. Fired up to ski the village more this year with new found power steering.
Also- (gear swap…I know but I don’t want to ship these)
If anyone around the valley or visitors might be looking for a pair of Heritage Lab sticks , (the 105mm ish waist), please get in touch. Happy to let em go for cheap. Just don’t need em.
I also have a pair of Iggy carbon stringer boards I designed with Mike a few seasons back for sale. Touring specific. Shovel length was too lengthy for what I was looking for at the time. They rip tho. If anyone is looking for a one of a kind ski hit me up. I’ve moved on to a different model.
Edit: if interested PM or post for specifics on the skis
Yo Schwerty, I wish you'd text me so we could make some turns. ASAP. Do it!
I am interested in both sets of boards. Maybe we can connect soon and figure something out, yes?
I’ll be visiting the second week of Feb vacationing and skiing with my family. Hope to get away for some laps with some kooks if I can.
Tower 3 opened mid day yesterday with good snow - especially the apron
Looking for help transporting a mountain bike from Driggs to Bozeman or Missoula.
Anyone making that drive in the next few weeks? Jackattack, you got room in your truck?
Copy, thanks.
Yesssssss, the Gman is back in town, opening the T3. Very nice.
I bet that apron is fucking tittaaaayyyzzz right now with all the sluffing.
Yo, I'll be heading up to The Big for a few days with Harry, Talisman and the local mags. I could bring it that far at least. Maybe hand it off to another mag going further north?
Incoming to BS/Boze on 2/3-2/5.
I'm gonna suggest that we have a small meetup over the weekend.
Either turning and burning at the Village, or at least drinking and burning at the Waxroom.
...
For the guys looking to get some touring in when they arrive: the level of avalanche risk on steeper slopes cannot be underestimated right now. The only way to play right now is to dial it way back and carefully watch your overhead exposure as well.
big thanks to Goingthedistance for the brakes. He's going for speed...
looks like kings and queens is a no go this year

There were a lot of SP in the box when we went up.
These guys flew over us and circled around before settling into bottom of GR.
Liftie at UP said she heard it was someone’s knee.
If that’s the case I’m not surprised with a thick layer under a few inches of fluff. Seemed like a lot of guide action in the afternoon.

Bump it back a month probably be fat as hell..
With Skiing-In-Jackson sadly gone, who do people recommend for bootfitting in the area? Anyone have any experience with Peaked Sports in Driggs? I'm considering some new boots this year but will be based out of Targhee so may not make sense for this trip.
Casey Collins at Habitat does good work. He worked at skinny skis for a long time.
Not that it matters much, but it is spelled Kasey (Collins).
Cool to hear there are some great ladies punching and torturing boots too!
Is/was Kasey married to a gal named Alyssa or Alicia?
Maybe knew them waaaay back.
