Benny in Amsterdam trying to cross the street
Verdict was....disappointing. Can't undo that. Justice, policy and public conduct won't be served positively by this outcome.
On a human level, it'll be interesting to see what becomes of KR. In the end, his judgment and failings resulted in him directly taking life. Will that weigh on him? Will it shape him internally - be a regretful part of his conscience? Or will he be overwhelmed by external influences, mania and succumb to being a complete shitbird like Zimmerman? I dunno.
What I do know, is that purposely arming yourself and injecting yourself into a situation like that has NOT A FUCKING thing to do with an on-set accident during an acting scene. Maybe AB has some culpability in terms of negligence and I'm sure some hindsight 20/20 regret. But a fucking accident using a (dangerous) prop, even one where you fucked up, has no fucking parallel to choosing to arm yourself and shit getting out of hand.
Shit most successful multi-millionaire child actors can’t sustain fame into adulthood - and then they fall apart. And they never suffered the trauma of killing someone.
Meanwhile MTT is having wet dreams about being Rittenhouse.
The right wingers I follow are starting to entertain the possibility that Baldwin murdered her on purpose
They are at 20%. Leaning towards that possibility after watching his interview
That’s not something I had ever entertained.
Lol. Tim Pool. GTFOH

I rented mailice last night.
“I am God”
Great actor. I hope he’s not charged with anything but stupidity.

Forgot he was in Pearl Harbor. Watched again last night for the first time in a LONG time. I really like that movie, the back stories were tied together nicely..
He was in Thin Red Line as well I think
"It's not necessary for you to ever tell me that you think I'm right. Ever. We'll assume it." Nick Nolte in The Thin Red Line.
Thin redline was not received well, but was a great movie. The assault on the hill was spot on. Guadalcanal believe.
I didn’t think Alec was in it.

I very easily could be wrong about that
Baldwin was in red October, not sure about red line

I didn’t realize old timer single action revolver had a gate that only opens at half cocked.
And only shows one cartridge at a time.
Reloading must be slow

You were at Guadalcanal?

How come they didn’t call it “Guadalisland?”

No, but I still read books. You ever read a book? They are nice.

Yeah but I don’t presume to think that it makes me know “spot on” what it was like.

Baldwin's now suing the armor and everyone else in the chain of custody of the gun and the ammo now that it's taken as fact, that he very likely DID pull the trigger on the gun when it went off. Not sure I get that. Won't bring her back or resolve anything... Not like he can get money from them.. Just seems like an ego trip thing to me.
I'm assuming he just wants to be legally cleared of wrongdoing. It's got to suck pretty bad to unintentionally kill someone.
You mean murder?
Have seen him sporadically around Manchester, VT. He owns property here. He looks sloshed every time we've seen him.
He's already been cleared legally.. and settled the civil suits. This is just because he doesn't like the optics, especially since it looks like he lied about not pulling the trigger.... Still totally not his fault, and the authorities all agree on that. Now he's dragging the Armor and crew through the mud since he got caught in a bit of a lie himself.. All about his ego..
I felt sorry for him and had given him much benefit of doubt all along... until now. This is pretty shitty..
I highly doubt it is “all about his ego”. Or even partly. There are any number of legal and practical reasons behind legal moves like that.
Alex Baldwin or Millard Fillmore?

Well, he’s been charged. Can’t see how he wasn’t going to have some problems, he killed someone.
I actually don’t mind the guy. He should have retired, but he has like 10 kids.
