The Northeast: New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine. I'm just about ready to hike them. All are respectable hikes, and I don't think I would have made any of them a few months ago when I was 360 lbs.. I've since lost about 40lbs - I'm probably ready to go to Mt. Marcy, New York. Another 20 and I'll be ready for Mt. Washington via the TRT, Another 20 and Katahdin? I'd like to do Mansfield in the wintertime from Stowe so I can ski down. If things go as planned, I'll be between 250 and 275 by then.Quote:

Looks like you caught Clingman's Dome in typical weather, FWIW that whole area is technically classified as a rain forest. Keep up the weight loss plans. If you come back down this way anytime give me a holler and I'll show some of not highest points which are better than the highpoints.
Yeah, Alabama is going to be a pain in the ass, unless I find myself in Atlanta for some reason. Not sure when that's going to happen though. The summit is closed at night and I drove by at about 3am.Quote:

Hey Pube, It can be done, I was up to almost 260lbs, and have dropped to 190 and been there for over a year. Good luck. Stck to it and dont be discoruaged, you can do it. just have a goal in mind.
Some pics of this winter, because I found a photo CD with them on it. Hooray!
On top of Alta, headed out to Wolverine... Some of the super-core Alta locs behind me in the fart bags, and even more of them behind them bending over. I guess that's how everyone rolls at Alta.

Standing in line for Devil's Castle, watching the same patrollers go by 5 or 6 times without backpacks on, just to poach the public's shit for 2 hours. Assholes. And they had the audacity to keep up the sign warning about low snow cover?! In Utah in March?!? Fucking assholes!

Part of the lineup for Devil's Castle. Being first in line owns, and so do little people like Erik Seo.
