We made killer Mango margaritas the other night. I really did nothing but enjoy them, my wife did all the work. We also had enchiladas. They were good.

I tried this hendricks Gin (about the same price as tanqueray 10) and the label suggested a cucumber with it. Tried a slice of cucumber with teh gin on the rocks...now THAT is an interesting combination! Pretty good too!

Yeah, cucumber and Gin does sound like it would taste like ass...but I assure you, it's pretty descent. I was scared to try it until my friend vouched for it. It has to be pretty good quality gin though.
