We did a project for the state of Maine regarding liquor licensing a few years back and took a few bottles back to the office. That stuff is toxic.

The shelf space it takes up is nothing short of astonishing. Once you notice it you’ll never not see it.

I’m pleased to report I had gen-u-ine Chicken Riggies last night. Outstanding. No, I’m nowhere near upstate. Yes, I have a guy for that.

However I am "upstate" through and through. Friday Fish Fry, pierogies, chicken riggies, Twin Trees pizza, tomato pie, Heids hot dogs, Old Vienna splits, all of it.....

One of my first part time college jobs was taking core samples from sludge on Onondaga Lake, and analyzing them with Gas Chromatography/Mass Spec.
We could not fucking believe that the SU rowing team willingly got in that water (even in a skull).
People even fished there.

It was previously determined that the WNY line runs through Batavia.
You Monroe / Ontario county types need to quit trying to sneak in.

If western NY gets out of upstate then Jefferson, Saint Lawrence, Franklin, and Clinton Counties should get a pass too. I'm open to including Essex.

Essex County is my favorite NY county.
