The plastic pieces are indeed designed for easy removal. You can either do it yourself and make them flush, or simply tighten them to spec and they will separate by themselves.

I’ve never installed warden but sth2 has a similar “feature” where the tabs break when the mounting plate is properly snugged down against the ski.
STH2 13 and Warden 13 share the same heel.
There you have it
Thanks! Sure enough...mounted them first on a 2x4 and that's exactly what happened.
Thanks Dibs for the repair. Mounted up the fish sticks. Pollard is such a visionary. I am still rocking line skis even though Eric left. Skiing these tomorrow. Go Snow!https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...711f3b6413.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...43ae2a096f.jpg

I’m about to go into shop this morning to an absolute “installageddon”....(was pre warned by owner).
We’ve been slammed for the past month, but with my 8 hour Saturday shift I can keep things pretty clear....but he said this week was insane...and everybody wants their stuff “now”. I only work one day and am the only one installing)...so it should be a very interesting Saturday....
Goal....clear the wall. (Pics to follow)
Anyone know if the new jesters have the same mount pattern?
Perfect center with two squares put together. Printed on a long piece of parchment paper with clear gorilla tape on top. Solid reusable pattern, none of that weak paper fuckery. Those skis should be fun.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...edefe8898d.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...8ce05e11e0.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...4edbd4e5f6.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...16f5aeee62.jpg

Anyone have the warden toe adjustment manual?

Got a query for the collective...
Current ski was mounted for radical (rotation) on the line for 315.
Wanna remount with STH2 ideally (better adjustment for different boots); could also do a Pivot too. Same BSL 315.
Can someone check to make sure I drew this out correctly?
From what I see I’d have to bump the toe 5mm forward with the STH2.
Pivot could mount directly in at the line.

All the Wardens MNC versions have the same toe height adjustment - pages 72-79.
Keen eye N1CK, it’s one damn expensive yearly subscription, but makes things like this a breeze. 🤣[emoji23]

Shit the boot was punched too much it touches the binding body. Also the toe does not go high enough to gap the khions :(

I used the mostly clear plastic lid of an extra large kirkland pizza carton to transfer a binding pattern from one ski to anuther which worked good
but on the subject when I started measuring hole placements with a tape I found them designer boys and girls didnt just put them holes anywhere at random,
there was a reasonable spacing pattern i could follow in mm, these holes are exaclty 25mm apart and these other holes are 50mm apart
something to look at to better understand what it is you are doing
as opposed to drilling all them holes and wonder WTF
When I check for mounting pattern overlap I paste Knut's templates into a PowerPoint presentation as a picture, then overlay the other mounting pattern on top of the one that is on the ski, adjust the top of for transperency to make it translucent, and then compare the mounting patters one end at a time.
So zero drawing required :)
The wardens don't clear the non punched Mercury either. WTF.
My old tyrolia adrenalin clear the punched khions.
