You're doing it right - cut them down to individual stickers. Best method is a straight edge and a razor or sharp knife (Exacto). You can cut just through the sticker and score the carrier to leave the sheet intact for future use.

The material is just 3mil thick and very flexible and will contour to just about anything.

A word for those who did not receive sticker sheets.

I've never done a (small) mass mailing using USPS. They (PO) have lost 6 envelopes out of 80ish so far. Looks like just under a 8% fail rate.
