Took this one at the park today. I cropped out the concrete edge of the pond cause it's covered in bird shit. I shot it at f/5.6 400, iso400 and 135mm focal length.

1 & 3. OUTSTANDING. composition, color.
2. i dont know what happened to the sky there.
4. crop the trees maybe. i am no expert.
cropping can be fun.... here is a version of #4 that brings a little bit more of the focus on the climber, but still gives the spacial relationship....

I'm retarded, I forgot I was belaying during shots 2 & 4 (was half asleep when I posted I guess...my bad). Edited those out.
Dobish that's an awesome crop, I like it a lot. Credit goes to Franz for that shot.
Looked through the shots I took again and saw this one, and like it. Not sure why exactly, the expression does it I guess.

So I finally got a dSLR. And I am not used to shooting a prime 50 on a crop sensor. The whole morning walking to the farmers market I kept mumbling "this thing is so tight!" I guess I was more used to shooting at 50 or at 100, but not at 75-80.
I had a wake and bake so everything looked damn tasty at the market today, especially these, with my mk1 50 1.8:

edit: bah! didn't notice the camera shake on the grapes at first ... okay these were tasty too ... I think I should have gone a stop down here.
