Saw this guy in GTNP a few weeks back. He chased me through those trees when he spotted me and heard my camera. They were in the rut so very aggressive apparently. I think I would have rather seen a bear that close. I was a long way away before I dared to turn around and snap this one.

I saw a nice buck in suburban Chicago this morning leisurely eating some poor rich sod's hydrangeas. Shoulda coulda woulda gotten a pic, but I was late for work. Don't get me started with the chipmunks fucking with my shit.

Well, I came upon my first mountain lion Saturday. I was walking back up to my truck with my dog and saw the rear end of the lion sauntering across the road less than 100 feet away and around a slight uphill bend and out of sight. After grabbing the dog and cautiously moving past the spot and up to the truck. My wife and friends got out and the cat came back across the road and just stood there looking at us before moving on it's way. I wish I had a camera in hand.:eek:

I guess those bears were running from the drone that was harassing them.
