I’m probably going to end up with some extra tickets to the Billy Strings shows in Guilford, NH on 7/31 and 8/1. Any ECRC mags interested? Maybe a Mag meet?
Yo single, those lawns or in the shed?

I went GA lawn because COVID. I wanted to be able to have some space if needed. Not sure I want to be in the pit yet. Tix are $50 each which is just under what I paid. Fucking fees!
Definitely interested. Lemme check on free accommodations very nearby.

Witnessed a very traumatic injury near Stowe yesterday. Are there any local EMS / SAR mags here? Have a few questions and would like to chat. Thanks
EDIT: curious about this specific incident, as I helped with some of the initial recovery.

News from the ongoing revitalization of Saddleback:
“In another piece of good news for Saddleback, on July 15th the Maine Land Use Planning Commission (LUPC) formally granted a permit to Saddleback to start construction on the mid-mountain lodge located at the top of the Rangeley high speed quad chairlift in the wooded area between the Jitterbug and Hudson Highway trials. The permit allows construction to start on or after August 1 to avoid the Bicknell Thrush mating season, and will feature a green roof with native year-round plantings and bird-safe window screens. This is an exciting development and we are looking forward to hearing from Saddleback more details on the construction timeline and progress!”
I also received notifications on installation of the new T-bar in the old location, new underground power up the mountain, on mountain employee dorm style housing, and a ski in/out 20-ish unit housing cul-de-sac.
Hey cat, time to start building some shacks in the Kennebago glades?!
Probably is. Never came across a smoke shack up there
The family and I are burnt out on Idaho and we need a change of scenery. Things are getting way to expensive and it is now to the point where we can’t make a comfortable living and create a proper future for our son. We’ve been doing our research and it looks like Maine is the best destination for us to land in (affordable with mountain biking/skiing/outdoors stuff). I know the conditions out East are different to say the least. Could anyone elaborate just how different things are? The skiing looks rad and skiing less pow won’t be that big of a deal. The real kicker for me would be the mountain biking and I haven’t been able to find much info about it. Currently looking to relocate to the Farmington area, but I do HVAC work and the better half is finishing up school to be a teacher so we could really live anywhere. Is there somewhere better to live with better biking and/or skiing? Sweet touring would be an added bonus as well.
