Can relate... 14 years after the kitchen cabs were installed, the screws rotted to the point this waste line started pissing into the finished basement.

I keep a little bottle of smelling salts (nose tork) in my car's center console as an emergency "wake up" when driving and i start getting sleepy. I was just rummaging through my car making sure all the weed related items and Rx drugs and illegal stuff was out of the car as im headed over the border with the family tomorrow and i saw that little bottle of salts and started giggling. Im just imagining a border agent seeing that bottle, opening it up, seeing white powder and then taking a quick sniff only to be knocked on their ass hahahahaha. That really wouldnt end well for me, but the mental image is very amusing to me.
My least favorite neighbor (nosey, competitive, kinda trashy, etc.) cornered me to ask how much my house sold for. It's listed online but I told her to be nice. She told me I should've gotten WAY more AND that they just sold their house through word of mouth for north of 600k...I stopped listening for a second when she started with 6 because their place is a dump and that's more than 100k over what it was valued at the height of the market here. Then she walked away. That was the whole point of her talking to me.
FOMO in real estate is real and a suckers born every minute. But my neighbor is also insane. It'll be interesting to see what it sold for once the dust settles.
