Indeed it is ALDO. Unfortunately, Bennington is out of his area so I'm still on the hunt.

You need an attorney to handle title search and closing, it do you need a realtor to find a place?
I've got to dig up my guys contact info, also asking @ work as there's been a few recent deals in Bennington.
Manchester, Dorset etc. Seems to be a better option IMHO. But I also am blown away by the recent flatlander influx....
I would look carefully in Bennington, that PFOA problem has been spreading, super tough to figure out how far it could spread through the groundwater. Lot of riffraff in town as well.
Good luck, hope you find what you need.
RE is off the charts in the MRV, most houses under 4-600k and any condo other than Clay Brook give buyers a week to make there best offer. Forget it if you need financing or want an inspection.
Hey, it's got a Wal-mart, what more could you ask for?
Stopped in at Farm Road last Friday based on Peruvian's recommendation. Good place with a chill vibe. THe town was hopping. Goniff and I did a gravel ride from/to the monument and the town on the south and west seemed like old money to me.
consistently see nice old places around the monument trade at seemingly reasonable pricing. Its always the ride home from the BLT that dissuades me...
Pics of gf or foh, jong!

We’re getting lazy or wise in our middle age. Maybe both. Either way, we’re headed out to get the goods for a few days of island camping.
Hope everyone is enjoying their Summer!
I like your choice in kayak there. Looks familiar

Another data point confirming that I want singlecross’s life.
Bennington is a dump. Buck up and drive an additional 1/2 hr. May as well save another 1/2 hr and buy in Troy.
Even more, you're crazy to buy now. Wait another few years for the market to implode again. The last cycle was everyone going YOLO, fleeing metro NY area after 9/11, then it went into a 20 year funk until Covid hit.
Fun day on the boat exploring islands with my Family… we found this old quarry on one of our island stops. Looks to be a pretty solid jump but I didn’t have a mask with me to check the pool for debris. Will definitely be back. :yourock:
That’s awesome. 100’ or so is my rough guess. We had quarries near us in college and we jumped in over 100’ plus. They’re pretty safe unless there is debris. Water fills in or quarry hits table water.

only way to know for sure is to meet me for a belay, that looks sick!
Heading to Magic on Fri night for beer, music and fireworks. Love to have a beer with some of you fuckos if anyone is around. Remind me, what’s the right answer to change for a nickel?
Get a life beater.
Dang :-)
Hey my son's bike was stolen from the hitch rack Sunday around 5 on main street Concord NH. Cable cut and bike stolen in the blink of an eye. Broad daylight, lots of people around. Be careful with your bikes.
Orange trek Roscoe 8. Blue grips pedals bottle cage. 2020 KT sticker on top tube with my name on it.
Please keep an eye out for it and let me and or Concord PD know if you see it.
Son is riding my bike and I am trail running...
I'm in MRV for 4th.
As my childhood friends dad would say (insert thick Maine accent) “Remember to get your Fifth on the Third for the Fourth!”
Have fun Mags and be safe
