"Guys at the shop told us it would be an easy fix. The whole time they kept on blaming the last windshield replacement for doing a faulty job. Meanwhile they ended up cracking our windshield in half, which it was not cracked before we brought it in. They ended up wanting to just duct tape the windshield to the van."
Response from the owner:
"Tell the whole story. You came in with your window already taped in. Yes we blamed it on the previous installer because your window was falling out."
