What's funny is the E34 is better at big cargo since the LX has a set of drawers in the back that cut down on the height of the cargo you can fit. Here's a smaller (7ft^3) deep freeze plus a medium dog crate.

That is bonkers. A few years back, that same car probably would've been like $5-10K. I LOVE the car, but it's going to be a mechanical/electrical (and expensive) PITA. Not like that car was mint either. Window switches and interior buttons look like ass, just like on my similar vintage A4 which they evidently both raided the same parts bin for.
