Seen those and the one above that says that was ruled out. Not sure which is most recent..

They're now positive that the Argentina illness is some kind of legionaries disease thing..
Well, at least it's a devil we know, fortunately.
Welp, Ms TBS is now Covid+ again. I think she went back to work too soon.
Gonna see if she can get another course of Paxlovid when her docs office opens again tomorrow.
Ya that sucks. Mrs Jong's been working on site almost 100% of the entire time.. Only got it REALLY bad pre vaccines. They have a conference room they call "the fish bowl".
I'm thinking I'll be good to at least go in to the office a couple times a week after the newest booster, so October. Still not sure about sitting in a low ceiling conference room with 15 other people unmasked though..
Any y’all using CR boxes at work?
( Kathleen Quinlan )
The CR box data is pretty impressive. 190L of air filtration per second at lowest setting. We’re making a small one for my wife to use while doing her therapy at school when indoors.
Dr Kim Prather estimated $400M to install them in every k-12 classroom in the US.
Ended up making the mini tonight.

^^^ I thought the mini was a KN95 mask.
I had a mild case of covid back in late july. Im still suffering fatigue and brain fog for a day or two after a big day doing something physical (eg 6+hrs of hard yardwork). My fitness in the moment is all the way back to normal (can do a standard 2500' 10 mile MTB lap in my normal time with normal effort), but not my recovery. Another weird thing is that my muscles will sometimes get that lactic acid burn just laying on the couch or in bed for no good reason at all. Even more frustrating is that my wife had it at the same time and had milder symptoms and zero aftereffects, so she mostly just gives me shit when i complain about the aftereffects. I also was one of those people who got absolutley spanked by the vaccine for 24hrs, so maybe im just the sensitive type?
Vibes mang. Plenty of instance here, besides you, showing the fatigue is real. It took about a week after my mild case subsided before I felt good enough to get back on the bike
FWIW, I had intense immune responses to all four vaxes, while Ms TBS had little-no reaction to any of her four. Go figure
This is basically the entire rationale for my continued avoidance of situations where I can get CoVID again (IE - the office) I had pretty severe brain fog during and immediately after my infection. If it had not gone away I would pretty much be on SSDI.
It’s low probability but the result is catastrophic. I don’t understand why more people are not concerned about it, especially since it has knocked 1.5-2% of working age adults out of the workforce.
