We already make a IWB rig.
New rig will be a modular shoulder holster... that has components that will swap with the click of 2 buckles... it's gangster.
edit: oh yeah, and if you have silencer, we'll have a way to carry it.

Bumping this to the front page. Just put together an AR15 with some help as it's my first. PWS MK114 upper with Spikes Tactical lower. Magpul MOE furniture. Vortex Sparc II for an optic. Being my first time, didn't want to spend big $ on an Aimpoint or the like. Took my girlfriend shooting Friday. When I pulled it out of the case, she said "Hey, is that an AR...I didn't know you have an AR" long pause. Starting to think a discussion is about to hit. "ARs are really fun to shoot. Where's the ammo?" and that was the entire discussion on my new rifle.
If you don't want to spring for an Aimpoint (and if you aren't using it for work, why would you?) the Primary Arms Micro Dot @ $170 is great.
I went with one for my basic AR and have been really happy with it.
Taking it a bit of a different direction. I bought a new gun yesterday AM - a Red Ryder for my 6yo. I did a nice little trigger job on it last night after the boy went to bed, and have ordered a metal cocking lever from 'Chief AJ' that should be in later this week to replace the POS plastic one that Daisy uses these days. It's pretty damn accurate at 15', but doesn't have enough oomph to puncture a milk jug so I made him a backstop out of cardboard boxes. He wants a scope, but I told him that he needs to learn how to shoot with sights first. He thinks it's the greatest thing since sliced bread, but I think it might be even more fun for me than it is for him. I going to have to get a second one for myself. When I ordered the cocking lever from Chief AJ, I also bought a kit that included one of the metal levers and an adult sized stock. :)
Carbine action with compass in the stock?
You know the line that goes here
ARs are nice and I have a few but mah nu bang stick is the PTR 91 a semi copy of the G3/HK 91 in .308. Always been an HK fan, with the surplus parts available its a no brainer.
The Zenith 5RS is also in da house with its MP5 lines and function. I keep looking at the Krebs AK stuff too.
So....I just picked up my first firearm. Springfield XDM 9 4.5" - home/RV protection and range shooting. Adding a Veridian C5L light/laser to it.
Haven't even got it yet but already been looking at a fun, easy to handle long gun. Been peeping the Sig MPX which continues with the 9mm theme and looks really fun. The MPX looks a little gimmicky and pricey, but looks super fun and easy to handle too. That has also got me looking at the MCX. Thoughts, opinions, feedback? I'm in Nevada, but I'm only 10mi from CA so one of my main concerns is I'm frequently traveling into CA to camp, fish, whatnot ...haven't fully researched laws/limitations but I believe AR is going to be tricky there, will the MPX be the same?
Those Red Ryders eventually lead to buying stuff like this:

Oh fudge!
Out in the desert last night with my mobile shooting bench. Did some work with my PWS and got it to about 6" groups at 200 yds. Pretty confident that it would easily tighten up with some magnification on the optic. At the lowest light setting the 2 moa dot was coving most of the circle. Probably won't do anything different than what's on there as I have a scoped bolt action .243 if I want to really be shooting at that distance or more.
Happened to bury my truck in desert clay/mud on the way out and had to make a few calls to see which of my friends wanted to cover my freshly waxed Landcruiser in mud to come tow me out.

Nice, I have an under folder M70 AB2 Zastava as well, with the blond wood stock. The one above is a regular M70 and it had the generic wood stock which is too short for my long arms. Had the UTC fore arm laying around so put it on and its way more functional and should help with dissipating heat much better than the wood.
Got a Krebs AC15M on layaway, can't wait to slap sum mags in that puppy.

If you are considering a magpul stock or fore arm for yor AK go now and get sum. Not only does it make it look awesome but they are functional in the extreme.
Who Needs A Gun When You Have The Self Defense Night Stand?
http://www.incrediblethings.com/wp-c...ight-Stand.jpg
I’m not going touch the issue of gun ownership – you do what works for you, Charlton Heston. But you can keep your firearms under lock and key if you had this table next to your bed. The Self Defense Night Stand is designed so that you can simply roll over and grab the base of the stand that doubles as a baseball bat, or club, and grab the flat surface of the stand that doubles as a shield. I’m not sure how practical this stand would be against an armed attacker unless you have some sick medieval fighting skills, but it’s still an awesome piece to have, even if only to impress your partner and entertain the kids.
