It seems the "apology" letter is as much self-serving as apologetic. TSG set them off, I'll continue the boycott of TSG brands....kind of tough, because 'till now, I had happily used quite a few of them.
Boycotting Backcountrydotcom and their parent company's holdings (tsgconsumer dot com/portfolio) will have direct effects on my household:
Garden of Eatin' -- (various natural and organic)
Gardein -- (frozen meatless foods...damn, damn, damn!)
Famous Amos -- (cookies for drive-home snacking)
Arrowhead Mills -- (various natural and organic)
Chloraseptic -- (sore throat spray)
Vitamin Water -- (expensive water in plastic bottles)
Things that I've considered:
Planet Fitness -- (franchise gyms, don't care)
Stumptown Coffee Roasters -- (drat)
They also own beer companies:
PBR -- (No frigging way! Don't like it, never liked it)
Sweetwater Brewing -- (was curious, but not now)
Brew Dog -- (yet another to ignore)
SteepAndCheap and CompetitiveCyclist are operating under backcountrydotcom...I won't be using their sites either.
TSG's portfolio is more extensive than the brands listed above.
