Looking like a warm and dry December coming. Pattern change in…a month?
Hopefully this weekend delivers.
You need to leave NOW. Or you are totally going to miss it, and be fucked.
Hey Name Redacted, should I hand it off to Rudy?
interesting article on Silverton in the NYT: https://www.nytimes.com/2023/11/30/u...smid=url-share (that should get past the paywall)
Anyone coming up from denver tomorrow? Need some rims picked up ;)
the large rubber thing is in rudy's hands now
Note to self - validate size of large rubber thing you are transporting prior to agreeing... NR, I'll drop off sometime tomorrow most likely in the am
Cool. You can slide it under one of the vans out front please. I owe you some beers someday. Thanks again
Hey, there is a storm-a-brewing! Here's to hoping it's big enough to open some non-snowmaking terrain and get the season truly rolling.
Thanks for the NYT share, I'd been wanting to read that without the paywall.

Storm looks like it has been pretty good to copper so far, less so to the other summit county areas
Breck has gotten about the same as copper, it was very much fun yesterday, finally some soft snow to bounce around on. They opened a few more runs on peak 9 yesterday that had some decent fresh tracks on the sides.
Really hoping this bigger portion of the storm tonight delivers, I've heard they're getting close to allowing hiking into contest bowl.
