After 5 weeks is more like it. And even then, I drink it begrudgingly.
First 3 weeks is the sweet spot.
All depends on the beers. Some IPA taste great fresh, some better after a few weeks, some after a month or so. I've had 1 off the assembly line and then months later. Tasted fine, just some of the high notes are toned down.Quote:

Best single hop beer avaible imo but you have to jump when it's canned, very limited availability. Brewed 2x a year, 3 if we're lucky.Quote:
