I just Grocery shopped Raleys Onnline with Home delivery. Just went through the items and picked what I wanted 153#$ worth. No delivery fee.
And they say it will be on my porch in 3 hours. I got ro select my delivery time. DAM! Life is getting easy.
You dont have to shop check out and all that stuff.
I was in Vegas last week or so when that story broke and couldn't stop sharing it with people at the weed convention, which coincided with the rodeo, both occupying the Convention Center. Was actually kinda funny seeing all the cowboys and cowgirls making their way through clouds of smoke the minute they walked out the doors then crowding into the monorail for a wonderfully mixed crowd. I figured the pigeon cowboy hats were the brainfart of some hybrid stoner cowboy.Quote:

My ex wife (favorite thing to bitch about) is wholly invested in diminishing me. My kids just told me I’m actually 5’ 8”, an inch shorter than I am. I’m not a big guy, but I’m pretty comfortable with being 5’ 9”.... I’m actually some fractions of an inch taller than that, but why tell my kids I’m shorter than that? Bizarre. And it wasn’t a misremembering of my height. It was a “you say you’re 5’ 9” but you’re actually 5’ 8”.
Weird. And I choose to be amused.

Parents insist on eating dinner early every night. Get reservations at the late hour of 6pm last night for pre-New Years dinner. Place is already packed, and waiting for our table it's a parade of vehicles into the parking lot carrying grey haired passengers. Seems like every old fart in town was there for early dinner.

Got the laugh of a lifetime in today at a fuel stop. Her a loud pop, clunk clunk. Lady in her crossover (of course it would be) drove off with the pump handle still in her car. She stopped, got out, looked embarrassingly and with utter confusion at the handle and hose dangling from her car. Laid it neatly by the pump and squeeled out of there as quick as she could. Along those lines, the Gov of Montana went to CMC which was very conservative back in the 80s when he was there. Even though it was a short lived campaign, it amuses me greatly that the first CMC grad to run for pres did so as a dem.
