RV parking for Silver is good to go. Park to the east of the main tram terminal in the big lot close to the Hotel.
Lookout allows RV parking in their lower lot.
I'll be pillaging the pow at Silver in Sat. If you want I can show you around.

11worth's info confirmed by Lookout rep re free RV parking at Lookout lot
2funky, I might take you up on that. FTR I'm skiing mellow with a big clunky knee brace these days, limited to a half day of skiing or so, looking forward to TKA surgery next fall
Now I gotta get Honey and my buds to buy in on the plan
Ok. I'll be rolling full throttle from 9-2ish but then have to bail to get the family over to Seattle for the game on Sunday. I could throw in a chill lap in there.
Looking to maybe hit schweitz on Friday, silver or lookout Saturday if any mags are around.
Saturday looks really breezy, any potential issues?
49N has ~ 15 RV spots with plug-ins in the main lot, $18/night ? (dont quote me on that)
the middle lot is wide open, big RVs and busses, no plug-ins, fee?
hippies and westside riffraff park in the overflow lot for free (first big lot on your right)
Silver was sweet in spots today tomorrow should be fun if temps don't go crazy.
Be in line by 7:30 Sat if you want the best powder, today was fantastic but some movement in places.
I'll be in black and telemarking, willing to provide insight if you see me.
Hey Teledance, just checked out Silver, never been, stuck here in Portland in the rain. . . Ugh. Need a ski getaway. Looks like lodging is either full or expensive(too), for me at the resort itself. Good places to stay in Kellogg? Good skiing, I take it, yeah, man?
Saturday at silver should be sick and I will hopefully be up there. Really pissed I can't make it today (Friday).
Make money. Buy toys.
I'll be in a orange trew jacket, black bibs, black and orange smith helmet, ProTest.
We plan to hit Silver tomorrow (Sat) morning. There will be 4 of us, 3 guys and Honey.
Schweitzer's marketing department did their work this fall. I kept getting on the lift with people from Portland and the place was packed today. All parking lots full and they were shuttling in from the round about. Bad roads, long lines and it just won't stop snowing...Schweitzer is your worst nightmare. Go ski Silver!
yeeeeeesss! go ski Silver, especially tomorrow!
Silver sucks.
It's a holiday weekend & I'm sure Schweitzer would be better, but for our Old Steve well early is going be better than skiing in the crowd at Silver.
I would hate for Steve to have to move his rig to avoid getting stuck in the Schweitzer lot like he had to move it last year at BBI. Camping in the paved lot will be magical tonight and waking up to a warm gondie with those dry padded benches will be too good to pass up tomorrow morning. Silver is where it is at, tell your friends!
+1. The foggy basin was about as busy as I've ever seen on a weekday today. Barely able to sneak past the roundabout at 1 and with little racers clogging up 6 everything was tracked but the traverse-to stashes and hike-from terrain...or maybe the traverse-to-and-hike-from terrain? Avi danger of high or considerable depending on elevation, too, so careful going out.
Tomorrow is sure to be worse. Silver should be nicer and more comfy.
It's now raining at Silver. Schweitzer is probably the safest bet.
