FLORIDA PASSED!!!
Well if it holds, that was the hardest of the bunch.
And currently they need tons of it air dropped.
So we are heading towards having a dictator, but all 420 props look like they are passing - smoke up!

Who Trump? Or Clinton?
I voted for Johnson.
AZ failing, but gaining a little ground back. Looking unlikely.
Go AZ
Had an interesting conversation tonight at dinner with a dude in the MJ biz in Oakland. He was solidly against Prop 64, which would legalize it in CA.
His take was that the fine print in Prop 64 takes out the long time and artisan growers and processors and leaves the opening for big tobacco.
Heard the same argument embedded in an episode of Weediquette as well.
Thoughts?
And Weeds foretold this as well.
When something is legal, it opens up the door for all to compete.
California produces 40% of the fruits, vegetables, and nuts consumed in this country. It's asinine to think that would be left to the "medical" growers of CA.
This will cut CO tax revenue by a huge amount.
Natural Light exists. So does ODD13.
It's official, the great state of Maine, has legalized it!
Bring on the $100 zippers
All the states that just legalized weed went blue. It's going to fail in Az, which went red.
Hate to break this to y'all, but the Trump administration has no plans to "enable" illegal marijuana. Moreover, their famous new immigration policy was sold by jumping up and down about enforcing "All Federal laws...ALL Federal laws".
Enjoy. Take pics when you get the chance!
I see a rescheduling. Legal medical, on a Federal level.
No more looking the other way. There is no way to stop 28 states with medical measures, and CA full blown rec.
law and order buddddd
the black market always wins
Just want to echo buttahflake that the Great State of Maine passed.
Our license plates have said vacationland on them for a while. Never quite got it growing up in Bangor, Maine as no one vacationed there back then. I believe Maine will be the first to have legal marijuana social clubs in the country. That's right we have legalized weed bars. Come vacation by the shore of our lakes, rivers, and ocean and pass away a summer afternoon in vacationland.
Ooops 50.2% yes and 49.8% no with a little over 93% of the vote in. Could still swing to no if it is the unorganized territory vote coming in.
Grower's take on CA legal...

So 4 out of 5 on new rec mj states with Arizona being the only one not to pass. That Maine vote was super tight though. The silver lining on an endless black cloud.
I don't know how long it will take MA to get their rec infrastructure up and running, but it is legal in one month to have up to ten ounces and grow up to six plants @ home.
For a while it will have to seem like the tooth fairy dropped them off.
This was highlighted on the 60 minutes show and thankfully it stayed legal

I think MA is slated for 2018 to be up and running. No idea on Maine.
Got a favorite economical and reliable vape for concentrates?
