Thanks stapes, took the day completely off yesterday and got a massage. Going to give it one more day and try things out again tomorrow, massage lady thought it could have been super delayed DOMS (redundant) with the 4 b2b big days on the bike. It was 24k in climbing but felt great during and after. I don’t know, just hope it goes away.
50 miler in 11 weeks, want to get going again. She gave me a ration of shit about not properly warming up or stretching after (never have). Maybe I’ll start that too.
Still not convinced it’s hydration but pushing all the goods there as well.
