My 993 went through a set of tires about every 5k. I drove it hard though. Burned oil and when it rained I’d have water in the foot well behind the drivers seat. Sort of a bummer experience.Quote:

I'm no rocket doctor, but I don't believe carbon issues would come from the ethanol content of our fuel, but instead the direct-injection system system that doesn't spray fuel onto the tops of the intake valves that would otherwise clean PCV contaminants.Quote:
