Happy New Year, beer mags
Their IPA is ok. I have had some really great draft IPAs that are way better than their "IPA". Don't give up on them yet!

This is delicious. Love the finish
Perfect beer to ring in the new year. thanks Mike!
Glad you like it.
Ya man, its great. A little bready malt in the middle leads right into a pineapple, guava citrus zest.
First good beer I've had since I got to Utah.
I might have to break out another to celebrate, any recommendations for a follow up?

Intresting, very good, smooth, citrusy, tropical, a touch of grass and dank weed, I can't yet put my finger on the finish.
I haven’t tried those Santa Cruz beers yet. HUB is always good. Their Abominable Ale and the IPX series are worth checking out.
And those aren’t the best CA (and OR) has to offer by far. I’ll send you a crowler of something from FieldWork next time I get down to the big city in a couple weeks.
Thanks man, plenty more Vermont brews that you have to try.
I appreciate and enjoy the opportunity to share and trade.

One of my favorites from Foundation, maybe the perfect red ipa.

Tasty one from Mayflower, Plymouth, MA.
Citra, Chinook and Mosiac. Incredible mouth feel and smell. Taste is apricots and mangoes. So smooth, can't tell it's a DIPA.

Pieces of Eight is my favorite from the Bros Foley. Yeah, it's been a long couple of weeks. I might just keep going with these.
New/old Ouroboros DIPA from the Alchemist. Very good, like a citrusy Heady.

I wasn't overly impressed with the last batch, anything different on this one?
Continuing my Hoppy Red Ale theme, this one is not quite as hoppy but damn smooth and a bit lighter.

I’ve had some inconsistent Heady batches lately but the case I got tastes spot on. Also got some Alena IPA in there which is quite different from Skadoosh and still exceptional.
If you’re in to red ales, keep and eye out for Maine Beer Co.’s Red Wheelbarrow. Not sure when they brew it but it’s a really unique, hoppy, earthy red ale.

I'm on bit of an Alchemist hiatus, not for any other reason than I always have multiple brews in the fridge and just want to give it a little break...which will promptly end when the new Skadoosh is released. Heady is probably my least favorite of the regulars and agreed on Alena.
Haven't had Wheelbarrow in a while but good call, I'll have to keep an eye out for it.
