I'm not going to dump it down the drain, but it's not very good. Oddly flat and watery in the middle. Orange, Grapefruit rinds, dry, Dish soap finish

I get that from Chinook occasionally, a bit of onion sometimes also. Brewer once told me it's one of the most variable hops, especially when harvested too early. Lawson's Chinooker'd is always a treat when it comes around, grapefruit heaven with a light piney, spicey finish. Not many other beers to compare it to.Quote:

I like the Revision better than both.
I enjoyed the new SN DIPA, hop bullet, tonight. Pretty different than many of the DIPAs that I've had lately.
