Pretty much only racers at Burke today which mean helmet sucking speeds were in order on Willougby and the Dippers.
Had some incredible days at Burke long, long ago (the 80s, perhaps) and remember absolutely loving the terrain. Have a very clear vision of trucking down east Bowl (?) on a newly minted pair of 208 Kastle Super Gs. Scared the ever loving shite out of me. Also have an albeit foggier memory of outrunning Patrol on a closed Doug's Drop. Gotta get back to see how strong those memories hold:)Quote:

One morning at Tremblant, damn, like 8-9 years ago now, two CF-18’s did a flyby, came back around and one tipped its wings on the second pass. At most 1000’ above the summit, probably closer.
