A gallon of cola needs to be carryable in two hands. We would love to consume an imperial gallon but carrying three 2 liters is tough.
One thing that's weird for me when I drive to Canada is my dashboard displays fuel economy and in the U.S. it's miles per gallon, so more is better. In Canada it's liters (or litres, if you prefer) per 100 km, so less is better. Took me a while to understand why when I was driving uphill it seemed like I was getting good fuel economy!Quote:

Last month I accepted a new job that is going to require me to have a 100 mile daily commute for the first three months before my commute shrinks down to about 8 miles. I've got a Toyota Matrix to drive so I'll get by without awful pain but this timing is unideal.

The place I've been going for propane tank refills over the past 20 years finally increased their price. It was $15 for a 20# tank for at least the past 10 years.. Today it was $20. Told them I was amazed they kept it at $15 for so long. Still a better deal than big box store exchange for a tank that only has 15#s of propane in it..

I think a cylinder has to be < 10yrs old to get refilled and propane dealers up here follow this rule closely but in a small redneck village close by they never check the date stamp on propane cylinders so you can get any thing filledQuote:
