I-70 closed both directions Silverthorne to Georgetown for avalanche reduction.

Word from a buddy is Bethel just ran and hit his truck while stopped in the traffic. Nobody stuck, no debris on road, just the powder cloud. Holy shit.

I love skiing, but I'd rather take two months off than drive I70 Dec 15th - Feb 15th to do it. Sorry not sorry.

Full ground blizzard in effect right now in Grand County. I was recently directed to CDOTs Twitter Feed. Seems way more up to date and helpful than the website. Wife want to drive to Steamboat. We'll see.
