Peak 6 weather station hit 104 mph.

totally dry from this side of WC pass all the way up to BV, except for the very tops of 14ers, which still look pretty thin.

Skied some sweet low angle pow with my daughters and another family today.

No WROD in the San Juans.

It was my 13 year olds first legit tour. Good times.

The snowpack in a wind-protected area, west facing slope at 12000 as about 60cm deep, bottom 10cm facets, top 15cm new stellars.

After teaching my older daughter, I have the technique down now.

You too can learn to rip your skins without taking your skis off. Maybe I should start zoom classes.

I finally got it down last season... but always at risk of pulling a muscle or tearing a ligament!

I ski fritschi freerides so that reduces the fear of taking my skis off and not being able to get my boots back into the bindings. :)

More snow would be nice and all, but how about In-N-Out finally opening the goods to the Front Range? FKNA!
Splitboarding can wait until I get a few double/doubles in me.
