How so? Even when there are tons of cars at a TH, it’s not like people are skiing/biking/hiking on top of each other. It’s just another thing being overhyped by social media.
And enough of the “us vs them” crap by people who live in the mountains vs people on the Front Range. (Not directed to you, NR) We’re all here in CO for the same reason, it doesn’t really matter where you live. The sense of entitlement and better-than-thou comes across strong from both sides, and it’s annoying and utterly stupid. It’s amazing to read the shit that people argue about online. Just step away for a while and take a few deep breaths.

I do think thats its OK to lock out outsiders from your precious mountain community, but then you should be locked in.

No medical evac
Fresh from facebook, hearing about mountain locals who caught it and are now heading down to Denver since its better to be at lower altitude.
Having their cake until they need ours and then down here they’ll come and grab it.
