I really liked Bjarnes perspective that he didn't want to be sitting at home that night and angry that he'd done something stupid and gotten away with it.

Cody, is the Newton Clark Headwall part of the fifty project and if so do you have a general idea of when you will be skiing it?
it is part of the project

Pretty funny episode if you ask me.
Cody, whose vizsla is that?
OMG, so highlarrious.
Needs a “full monty” style shell tear-off to reveal the skimo tights
Ha! Tommy Africa’s at the end?
Nice one. Cool looking route.
Cody, I figured out your issue with the transition. Killian goes right hand with poles, you went left

Randy rando.
That was awesome.
That was gold. Thanks.
Bjarne’s comments are hilarious. Great comedy team!
The undercurrent of levity throughout the whole series is much appreciated. It rings truer for me and my experiences chasing lines as opposed to something like La Liste which makes everything seem like such a serious and noble undertaking.
I really like La Liste btw, not dissing it or anything. It's just that Fifty strikes a chord with my ski life.
Hilarious.
Awesome job, Cody! That made my morning!
Agreed. La Liste was "too rad". The skiing displayed is certainly cool but very risky. "Progression" of the sport isn't worth it IMHO if the risk carries a huge cost that could be mitigated with slightly slower/ more cautious skiing. I don't think it's something we should encourage.
I appreciate seeing Alka skiing like he has a family waiting for him at home. He certainly has the skills to go all out (ie his matchstick parts, "the crack", etc) but I'm glad to see the other side of skiing big lines, which is deliberate movements and careful decision making.
Totally different ballgame. Different premise. The skiing in La Liste is the best I've ever seen, and it's my favourite ski film/video/whatev.
I love this series, though, and it's great to see the different personalities come out. Also incredibly impressive that Cody and co can do an episode every two weeks.
Agreed on all counts.
Sooooo fucking awesome!!!

Did Bjarne keep up with you on that while filming? If so, the guy truly is a beast.
What makes you all think he’s not going to ski university peak al la liste-style.... or one of the other descents?....
And to be fair, mount st Elias is one the list of 50, in terms of risk and huge costs....
Also, simply put, some of these lines are impossible to ski that fast. No one is going to flash Robson, for example.
Given condition, right equipment, and available evac support, I'm guessing Cody would entertain the idea of opening it up on some of the descents. But that's nut really the goal of his project.
