Exactly. Bet those shins felt awesome the next day. Thought for a second that was the vid of the guy counting in the background. “Zero, Zero,” lol!
He definitely should have taken her advice on the socks.
Bobby vs dantheman ski off , for charity ?
I got the first hundo on DTM
A baller like Bobby should really be pursuing much more meaningful diagnostic tools than a fitbit and bathroom scale. Full body DEXA scan, BMR test, VO2Max/RER test, and comprehensive metabolic and hormonal panels would be a good start.
Day three of keto. Yay.

With the 2,500 kcal/day deficit you're running basic calorie math says you should have lost twice that. You're probably well on your way to plateaued weight loss thanks to a fucked up hormonal state characterized by high cortisol and levels of testosterone, HGH and leptin that are completely in the shitter. This is a well documented effect of severe dieting, and a deficit that exceeds your total caloric intake most certainly qualifies as severe dieting.
You sound unintelligent.
Lmao.
Ya, but are you yoked yet?

if you fuckers turn this thread into another Bobby Stainless shitshow, Imma be pissed.
That would be Concrete Jungle's fault.
Imma go drink a Muscle Milk and continue to get yoked!
I want to see him start a thread on IGX that's all about how he's "getting muscular as fuck" doing P90X and eating 1,600 kcals/day. That would be popcorn worthy.
Noted.
Back on track: What's it like to not eat for 23 days? This guy knows:

Man, time to start putting more effort into eating right and exercising. It’s almost September.
Start with something, anything. I guess the point of this thread is to start.
Not doing keto , I’ll do low carb but my body rebels hard against keto; intense cravings, can’t exercise as hard.
At one year, obese patients who had their insulin pharmaceutically suppressed lost 15 kg (!) more fat than those given placebo.
https://academic.oup.com/jcem/advanc...9#.W5Ol0MXTKVw
This makes a lot of sense given how insulin interacts with HSL. The abstract doesn't say what the difference in calorie consumption was between the two groups and the full text isn't available, but it was a double blind RCT so they probably controlled that to some degree. Even if patients ate ad libitum and the DZX group ate less calories, that is likely the direct result of the DZX. Insulin was suppressed, HSL activity increased, patients metabolized their ample body fat more effectively, and thus were less hungry and ate less.
Just say no to insulin resistance and hyperinsulinemia, kids.
