Your toaster is toast? whoa.
I guess I would vote for throwing from a 5-story tower onto a hard surface but I watched a lot of Letterman way back in the day.

^^^ Yeah, why not. I mean, what could go wrong?
Kinda getting my hopes up for trebuchet footage. So many options. Go for distance? Maximum impact velocity?
Somehow I picture Buster as just the guy to justify safety goggles and a serious bunker and the like. Could be Trinity in miniature. Sweet!
If you want some serious range build a potato/ turnip cannon
What time is acceptable to start drinking on New Years Eve?
A local guy used a 100gal propane cylinder with a 6' pipe shooting over the cab of his truck which was towing a 250 CFM compressor to charge the tank, it would shoot a turnip several hundred yards
it severly outclassed the 4 trebechet in the comp
they would hold the event just after halloween to toss pumpkins
Best way to ship a small bottle of liquor?
Lying to UPS seems the only "good" option I can come up with so far.
I’ve shipped tons of single bottles of wine and liquor by boxing it up myself and dropping it off at the UPS Store. They don’t give a shit. Just make sure it’s well packed and in plastic in case it breaks.
Jono - Where Silverwood is now located in/near Athol, there used to be an airfield there, the Henley Aerodrome. Every year, they would host a keg catapult competition for the local civil engineering colleges, NIC, SCC, WSU, U of I, others... We entered the contest and did lousy, like 50 yards or something. Not that same year but we heard about one school, maybe UI that shot a keg a quarter mile with their catapult the year before. Kind of funny....dangerous, but funny. Needless to say, we didn't win a blue ribbon.
Anyone have any experience selling a car to Carvana? I’m helping my niece who lives in another state sell a car she inherited from her recently deceased Mom. Cars not registered or insured so any traditional private party sale will be a bitch. It’s a decent low mileage car not sexy but not a shot box. I figured the Carvana model might be just the ticket.
Good to know but this car hasn’t got plates on it so selling it to an outfit that’s willing to pick it up is very appealing.
