Great shot of the peakaboo view of the Missions from Lavelle. Somebody can correct me if I'm wrong but I think the rightmost peaks are West and East St. Mary. Tried to climb East once but got stormed off.Quote:

Yep, I skied East St Mary a few years back. Went full white out when we got on summit ridge. Got lost on way down, skied down wrong ridge, friend almost died falling off a cliff and lost 1 ski permanently. Classic day in the Missions. On plus side had 6" of new snow from the unforcasted storm that skied well after becoming not lost.
Yeah unless they want that shit to anchor the snow. Honestly I can probably count on one hand the amount of times I've skied lower Griz Chute in decent conditions. Just always seems to be a battle against shit snow and undergrowth.Quote:

I made it up yesterday for about 5 laps and had a legit fun time. Still downloaded Griz, bc I don't think I really need to see paradise until next season. Think I might actually take the MTB out today...

Thanks for sharing the snowbowl pictures this season Norseman! As a former snowbowl skier from my time at UM I really enjoy looking at them.
Welp, now that I'm done driving the Bowl road, it feels like an apt time to schedule a front end alignment. Anyone else, or is it just me? Good job everyone who made the most out of this season.

We lost a decent section of ridge cap shingles. My neighbor lost a good section of siding. From photos around the city, it might be a while without power.
