Alpine was the tits today. Thudder and I skied fresh, deep, steep, and wonderful snow until 4. Summit started running at 1:30 or so and the place cleared out people wise by 2:30 and we had run after run of virtually untracked snow. We skied a few places that would be tracked up by 9:30 most days, at 3:30 with no tracks.
Tomorrow should be good. I'd imagine Scott and Sherwood will go.
Holler if you'll be at Alpine.
Told the Boss that I was feeling ill. Yea, Powderitis, could be contagious and was told to get it checked out tomorrow. Will be doing my best to slay that tomorrow, Friday should be a good day, but tomorrow might be better.:tdo13:

that resort was prime today, EVERYbody was getting it. Sunday was less crowded. Access didn't go. People did though...MF's. Snowed all day, still snowing. Not much to write about how much it will snow going forward, but it will keep it fresh and soft.Quote:

Good crowd of people on the side of the road skiing at the usual spot. Only 3 or 4 inches in SLT.
All chairs at KW spun today, and pretty early (4 was open by 10:30 ish). Palisades all the way to the Boundary was open (and it skied great). Not nearly the junk show I was expecting after such a long dry spell.
Palisades rocked today. Hit it with Vets and otto parts. Skied the Kusalas, fell in love with them and we had a lot of fresh runs. Hit the saddle, not as good, went back to pali and it had settled a bit but still skied great.
