This batch of Cloud Drop seems to be more tropical fruit forward and not as much tangerine/grapefruit. I did a side by side last night with one dated 9/7 and it was noticeable even to my wife who really isn't a beer drinker. Oddly enough, I chased those with a Mettle.

Eh, again, I much don’t care for being told how to pour my beer. I certainly don’t get the gas bloat described in the video. Moreover, many of the beers I pour lack significant head. I believe it all a bit overplayed, but what do I know. I drink a lot of beer and I like how it tastes when I drink it.

My personal style is a bit less of a vigerous pour than the guy in the video. I definitely like to get the carbonation bubbles to the bottom of the glass and leave myself a half inch of head. I'm too damn impatient to go full froth (tho the ladies do like the foamstashe)
How can you track the lacing without a head? It makes no sense to pour a quality beverage like that.
