I am the kid with the bright orange jacket, bluish blackish pants and a white bern baker. Bright green oakley goggles. Probably on a weird ass pair of candy-cane colored skis, but maybe on some 05/06 goats with dukes. White poles.

That line you skied North of Bridger is actually named after MT.
It's called Needle dick....;)
That line's always freaked me out because there's a 100% chance of doom if anything goes wrong. Maybe I'll give it a shot this spring.
oh snap dawg!
I'll grab that money friday, looks like beers will be on me.
It is a really cool line aenigma. your right about the doom factor though, if it ever slid, it would funnel you right off a pretty huge cliff.
anyone got any pics of the gnar coulior or z chute (or whatever it is called) a little further to the North? that one has a bit of pucker factor involved.
Speaking of pics, anyone got some pics of the Bridger Gully area? I want to get an idea of line selection for the event.
Buy a copy of this http://stepping-up.net/ , Support some maggots and get some knowledge. Good luck!
Lars nice back, it was a blast skiing with you and your pals today! Thanks for letting me tag along with you crazy hucksters!
You mean Dogleg? That's a fun one, but I don't think the exposure's quite as bad. There's a nice windlip at the top you can totally avoid, then it funnels down. Obviously you're in for a world of hurt if it goes, but it's pretty easy to do a little control on the cornices on top, then ski cutting as you go along the top edge. And it isn't S/SE facing with cliffs out the bottom.
Hey Lexi that was a fun day.
I'll be up there tomorrow after 11 if any one wants to ride.
WFT- what area is the second picture in?
Nasal cavity.

Big props to the BB Ski School for putting on the Mogul Mice program!
Looks nice.
did you get my text? Turns out I had to be responsible yesterday.
I got up for a few today. Definitely some good pockets up there.
Responsah-wha?
BB is skiing sooooo fuggin good right now.
No pics from today, but trust me, hike.
Gotta love the 5" report:D

bridger rules
it's amazing if you hike for it
Even inbounds is out-fuggin'-standing. My last two days have been stellar, the snow that's fallen has been fairly thick and has smoothed everything over pretty nice.
In other good news, I found my camera! Huzzah, so now I can share some shots.
MT
Bridger is going off no shit!!!!!:FIREdevil:D:D
Lexi-Bell, hit me up if you wanna go make some turns later this week.
Gotta love the 5" report:D[/QUOTE]
which of your nancy's wants to help me break in my loti on the ridge?
if they get another 5 i'm theer.
Must fight responsibility.....hard...must resist....
So How the fuck do you find the correct traverse into super from that north/nose shot thing? Gotta get my book i have no idea.
my back hurts.
I almost killed lexi today. Not really but that can't be the way.
^Dude, that is vague as shit. :) But yeah, that is about what I would say. Just scope it and hit right of that big pinnacle cliff thing. There are some trees and stuff, then turn left.
I had one of my scariest moments on a snowboard trying to find my way into super. I took the board-width chute thats about 50-80? feet long skiers left of it in low snow conditions. Thought it looked doable from the top, made slow turns down, then about halfway my slough just took me out and rocketed me down the remainder of the chute sideways over rocks. Just some core shots to the board and luckily no bodily damage. Super is a fun time though if you dont get wiped by slough. Cheers
not from the nose.
Skiers left of the nose on the north facing side, before you get to the nose. I know not what the line is but if you don't take a low traverse skiers right into super you go over huge cliffs to the hi-T.
You can also go left and avoid the cliffs all togather but no souper for you.
ha, screw buying the book. ill just keep on seeing on how much info i can squeeze out of you mt.
SYKE.... i already own two copies. have a beer for me mt, you deserve it
Starting a road trip on saturday heading down to bozeman from the place north of the USA. leaving banff will be a nice treat. thinking of skiing bridger or big sky on sunday and monday possibly or who knows. We've got a week and may hit GTR and teton pass, or jackson.if any one is up for drinking beer /skiing that would be fukna. on the hill or back country, either or, my girl and i are great skiers with ample bc experience. any one up for showing some canadian mags around? We are spending the week stateside, so stoked!!!
I'm pretty sure we skied Never-never-land, and getting into Super wasn't THAT bad.
Thanks for posting that pic MT, we were just a bit lower than the lower traverse.
Lobstah sent it large, I nancied my way down.
I'll be up Tue-Wed as usual, crashidy check yer box.
Tuesday / wed morning for me as well.
Dan, we should meet up
hey, we were pretty damn close.
Just slightly to low.
thanks mt.
I think i will try and find that again.
unnecessary airs leave me on the couch.
"even the blind guy can find it."
I'll be freeskiing/hiking on Tuesday for sure. Gimme a call D, it was good to run a few laps with you on the Bridger lift last week.
