Thanks….tore it last Thursday…that’s my 6 day post crash pic. Hardest thing is I can’t sit down..lol. I dread taking a shit/it’s the one time in my life I wish I was constipated.

I was skiing at 34mph but I wrecked as I was crossing the wake after a cut so I was probably going 50 or 60 at impact. I just pancaked head to water. All went quiet. My lower back is fucked, chiropractor 2 days a week right now. Short term memory is a bit off (in a I feel like I'm on drugs good way) but the fucking ringing in my ears is welcome to stop anytime (doc says I got about 3 months before it will return to normal).

Sounds a lot like yours…..jumping the wake. Ski got caught up/held on too long…..nasty impact. Thought I blew my leg apart……consensus is just a torn hamstring…see the doc (MRI) on 9/2. (Worried about my knee….feels “not right”. )

Dang man. Good luck with the knee. I did my ACL, MCL, and meniscus..........Splat's cream is what got me back to skiing and kept me from having a third knee surgery, the shit works wonders.

Shelf life at 70 F or below will be at least a year. We won't be changing any part of the formula without an announcement...

MRI reading today (8 weeks from injury)

MRI results on knee are negative...no damage. Showed impact depression on knee where the 2 knee bones collided/but besides that...no structural damage to knee. Torn hamstring is healing nicely….

Moving forward I will continue to do PT another month to build strength/balance. Although I won’t feel normal until I can start my run training again.

Good news......mind is at ease.[emoji1320]. Bring on Winter!

I had a level slip off of a beam today and crack me right on the wrist bone. Hurt all day.
at home, I noticed the old jar of fkna cbd cream with about 2 fingerloads left in it. Hadn't used any for prolly a year on my new acl.
I rubbed in a fingerfull and it hasn't hurt since.
