I had to pretty much buy all new clothes. Didn’t do keto but lost 35 and haven’t gained anything back. It’s been about 7 months and no signs of it coming back. I just cut out gluten and try to eat whole foods as much as possible.

what do y'all think of Keto
Half of this thread is about keto
Keto?
Fuck that.
The Wim Hof Atkins Paleo diet is way better.

Im happy with my service and the price.
Weighed in at 139 lbs this morning, I’m 5’10”. Same weight I had my PR in the Mt Washington hillclimb back in the early 90’s! I forgot how important the last five pounds are, it made a huge difference in how I look and how I ride. I’m still drinking a couple of beers with dinner. Moved away from meat and cheese for the most part. Eating a lot of chickpeas, hummus, black beans, fresh fruit etc... Trying not to eat anything that comes out of a plastic bag, no chips no pretzels. I feel good.
No one cares.
Now go eat a bag of Funyuns.

A stiff breeze will blow that boy right over.
I notice even the slightest headwinds now when I’m riding. It’s kinda weird.
The farts from the hummus should provide some thrust vectoring.
The questionable merits of P90X aside, Tony Horton is a bad man: https://www.instagram.com/p/BmtSaTMlF52
Dude is 60!
And he’s wicked positive, I like that guy.
Came for the nutrition info, stayed for the dick measuring contest.
My dick is enormous.
It's a buyer's market if you want to buy a used P90X dvd set on craigslist for pennies on the dollar.
Good luck with that.
You can pry my toning shoes from my cold dead hands.
So that's a "No. I have not done P90X"
Its pretty tough. I would venture to guess that is why the second hand market is so strong.
Im down to 193 from 215 a couple of months ago. Seems to be working just fine.
How much did you get for the Mustang? Lol.
No, it's not because it's hard. It's because no sane person is going to cycle through the same set of workout videos consistently for a year, let alone for the rest of their life. People burn out on video workouts, period. If yours aren't collecting dust a year from now I'll happily eat my words.
As I said to shredgnar two pages back: Losing is easy, it's maintaining that's hard.

Sent sis some of the useful info people provided. It's her problem, not mine. While your offer to sell it "for free" was appreciated, I wouldn't want to impose on your busy schedule of dabs and meme posting. NTTAWWT.
Nah, dude. I can do pull-ups for days. And I’m a pretty wicked descender.
I thought I was scrawny at 5'7" 160 with a 30 inch waist. Turns out I'm just short, not skinny.
I’m Boston Irish, skinny bones. Hard hands.
